This modern fence design takes inspiration from the house, creating a unified look that offers privacy and adds some interest to a new building. Stained Western Red Cedar paired with color matched painted posts and rails match the residence exactly. Given the high winds a rolling barn door gate was selected vs. a more traditional hinged design.
This Bellingham home needed a covered deck that would let everyone enjoy the view all year long. The rough-cut Yellow Alaskan Cedar framing, copper roof, and sturdy composite decking make for a cozy spot to sit and relax, no matter the season.

Deer can pose a persistent challenge to many gardeners. In this case we opted to provide selective protection to well established and productive fruit trees. The final design doesn’t block sunlight and provides plenty of air circulation while encouraging our hoofed friends to browse elsewhere.
This gentle sloping site was the perfect location for some terraced Yellow Alaskan Cedar planting beds. As it creates the perfect location for plantings it also slows down rain off allowing it soak into the soil. Instead of stairs, we chose a gravel path that’s great for bikes and strollers.
